What we are looking for:

– Have a great listening skills, ability to recognize customer needs
– Be able to adapt your speech according to the type of client
– Have an excellent sense of organization and good speed of execution
– Be able to perform several tasks simultaneously
– Be dynamic and rigorous
– Be autonomous and have initiative
– Be patient and enjoy working in a team

What you need:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
– Fluency in French and English (speaking and writing)
– Oral and written communication skills
– Basic computer skills
– Ability to work on different computer programs, mainly the Google suite
– Good knowledge of the geography of Quebec (an asset)

What we offer:

– Flexible schedule mainly during the day and during the week, rotating call duty in the evenings (one per week) and on weekends (one Saturday per month)
– Full time, 40 hours per week
